Stop-motion Snack

Third graders had the creative task of designing a stop motion video on a class chosen theme: FOOD! Technology, collaboration, and a lot of patience was required to complete this task. Check out the compilation of animations in the video! Here is a small glimpse behind the scenes of the movie:

Web Designers!

Fred's Big Adventure

3rd graders were thrilled this week as they planned Fred's adventure sailing around the world. A bit of geography, and a whole lot of creativity were needed as they used our Lego WeDo robotic kits to create a moving boat for Fred and designed backdrops to help tell the story. Hour of Code Ozobot Dance Party

This week marked the world-wide event known as Hour of Code. To participate, all three grade levels programmed our Ozobots to Dance, Dance, Dance! Check out all the hard work that went into this critical-thinking activity!

Ozobot Races

What is cute, has wheels, and you can hold it in your hand? Ozobot! Students were able to test their coding skills today during the Ozobot race. Each track had to be at least 100cm, have 5 different codes, and at least three 90 degree turns. Check out the final race! Today students also finalized their invention plans and are ready to start building!
